LUCIFER (The DEVIL) and his alluring female assistant SAMANTHA are invited to a lavish Halloween party in New York City, but their wicked plan to degrade and emotionally destroy the unsuspecting mortal partygoers is thwarted by the Devil’s obsession with an aspiring Midwestern ingenue actress named MARY ANN BROCKHAUS, from whose undisturbed innocence stands out in a scrabbling crowd of social-climbing opportunistic parasites with compromised souls.
